Safe Deposit Box Witness

Eiram Mobile Notary Services assist individuals, banks, financial institutions and estate attorneys with "witnessing the opening of safe deposit boxes". Please refer to S.B. No 1400 which pertains to the rules and regulations regarding the opening of safety deposit boxes in the State of Texas.

SB 1400 clarifies that if the delinquent rent on a safe deposit box is not paid or, if the rental agreement is terminated and the contents are not retrieved before the date specified in the notice to the lessee, then a Notary must be enlisted to assist in the opening and inventorying of the safe deposit box.

Electronic Notarization Services (Going Paperless)

As a commissioned Electronic Notary or In-Person Electronic Notary, Eiram Mobile Notary Services is permitted to perform notarial acts electronically without the use of paper. eNotary makes the notarization process fully digital for all parties involved: senders, signers, and notaries. It enables a Notary Public to act as an in-person witness to electronic signing of documents.
